Hormuz Fight Stirs Tension in Malacca Strait Near Singapore


Although tensions are high, the cooperation mechanisms between Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore over the Malacca Strait are “pretty strong” compared with several decades ago, according to Evan Laksmana, senior fellow for Southeast Asian security and defense at the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
