Trump threatens to ban Bombardier jet sales as Canada’s tariffs take effect


Canadian countertariffs on about $20 billion worth of U.S. imports came into effect Tuesday amid an escalating trade war between the two allies, as President Donald Trump threatened to ban the sale of Canadian Bombardier jets unless they are built in the United States.
