“Tristan is a hugely talented player with strong connections to the club through his time at Delhi Capitals [owned by Hampshire co-owners GMR Group] and his relationships with our coaches, past and present,” director of cricket Giles White told the club website., external

“He’s a wonderful addition, and having him involved is a massive boost for both our squad and the competition as a whole.”

Stubbs – who has also played 14 Tests for his country, hitting three centuries – has also joined Hampshire-based Southern Brave as a signing for the 2026 edition of The Hundred.
