ROSEMONT, Ill. — ORS Nasco (“ORS”), a wholesaler of industrial maintenance, repair, and operations products and a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), today announced the acquisitions of Techniweld & PowerWeld and the Boardwalk, GEN, and Windsoft proprietary brands from Essendant, a portfolio company of Sycamore Partners.
