21 SHADES OF NUDE: Italian fashion brand No. 21 has launched a limited-edition range of makeup products in collaboration with K-beauty brand Amuse.
The tie-up marks the first cosmetics collaboration in South Korea for the label founded by Alessandro Dell’Acqua and is deeply linked to its fashion codes. The collection includes natural, understated nude makeup looks in a nod to the signature shade of No. 21.
As a result, Amuse’s sheer textures are rendered in shades of beige, rosy and peach across seven products, including the beauty brand’s bestsellers such as the Vegan Cushion, Jel-Fit Gloss, Jel-Fit Tint and the solid perfume bar featuring a subtle cotton scent. In particular, the Jel-Fit Tint in the “Rosy Tulle” shade and the Jel-Fit Gloss in “Vanilla Mocha Pearl” hue are exclusives introduced only through this collaboration.

“This collaboration is a project designed to propose a lifestyle experience where fashion and beauty come together. We hope it will offer an exciting new experience not only for existing customers of both brands, but also for consumers seeking new trends,” the fashion label said in a statement.
Coming in a sleek packaging also featuring No. 21’s distinctive nude and black colors, the collection retails at prices between 15 euros for lip products to 25 euros for the solid perfume bar.
The range is available at five No. 21 stores across South Korea — namely in Hyundai Coex, Shinsegae Gangnam, Shinsegae Centum, Shinsegae Gwangju, Hyundai Joongdong — through Kolon mall, as well as at Amuse off- and online stores and at Olive Young.
This is not the first time No. 21 dips its toes into the beauty category. As reported, it made its beauty debut in 2020 creating a line in collaboration with Japanese celebrity makeup artist Ayako. At the time, the offering included two ranges, named The Nude Collection and The Black Collection, both featuring a selection of lipsticks, eye shadows, eyeliners, nail polishes, as well as face masks.
