Biographical note – Tracy Diehl


Tracy Diehl (Juris Doctor [Law], University of Calgary, 2000; BA [Cultural Anthropology], University of Saskatchewan, 1997) joined the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in 2000. In Canada, she has served in various trade and investment positions at Headquarters and in the department’s regional office network, including as deputy director for the Trade Portfolio and Responsible Business Division. Overseas, she has served as trade commissioner in Chile and Indonesia and in temporary duty assignments in Uruguay, Nigeria and Denmark. Most recently, she was regional director of the Alberta and Northwest Territories Regional Office of the Trade Commissioner Service in Calgary.
