Day two brought a keynote from Andrew McDonald, Chief Product and Technology Officer, unveiling new capabilities across AlayaFlow’s five AI agents — Receptionist, Intake, Scheduling, Clinical and Billing — each built to remove the administrative burden out of the care journey. Each agent previewed the addition of new skills, including proactive weekly scheduling and same-day missed visit alerts, new hire availability capture, and care plan attachment support, alongside intake automation tailored to the Canadian market.
