Wyndham and Barclays refreshed their cobranded credit card portfolio in June, offering travelers four distinct options based on how often they stay with Wyndham and which benefits they value most.
The lineup now ranges from a no-annual-fee card for occasional Wyndham guests to a premium personal card designed for travelers who can maximize annual statement credits and elite perks, plus a business card for owners whose spending aligns with its bonus categories.
The right card depends on how often you stay with Wyndham, whether you value premium travel perks and which spending categories fit your everyday (or business) expenses.
Here’s a closer look at each Wyndham Rewards credit card to help you decide which one deserves a spot in your wallet.

Earner
Best for: Occasional Wyndham guests who don’t want to pay an annual fee
Welcome bonus: Earn up to 75,000 bonus points: Earn 30,000 bonus points after spending $1,000 on purchases in the first 90 days from account opening, plus 45,000 additional bonus points after spending $500 at Wyndham properties in the first 180 days from account opening.

If you stay with Wyndham once or twice a year, the Earner offers a simple, no-annual-fee way to earn points. It earns elevated rewards on Wyndham stays, plus bonus rewards on gas, electric vehicle charging, grocery (excluding Target and Walmart) and dining purchases, making it easy to keep earning between stays.
Cardholders also get automatic Gold status, with preferred room selection, late checkout (where available) and a 10% discount on award stays.
These are useful perks for occasional guests, but intentionally lighter than those on annual-fee cards. If you stay with Wyndham several times a year, the Earner Plus delivers greater long-term value.

Earner Plus
Best for: Travelers who stay with Wyndham several times a year and want the best overall value
Welcome bonus: Earn up to 100,000 points: Earn 45,000 points after spending $1,000 on purchases in the first 90 days from account opening, plus an additional 55,000 points after spending $500 at Hotels by Wyndham in the first 180 days from account opening.
Annual fee: $95
For many Wyndham loyalists, the Earner Plus strikes the best balance between cost and value. Its bonus categories extend beyond Wyndham stays to travel, dining and grocery purchases, so everyday spending earns points too — and for anyone staying with Wyndham several times a year, that easily justifies the $95 fee.
Cardholders get 15,000 bonus points each anniversary, Diamond status for the first year (Platinum after), a free-night certificate worth up to 15,000 points (after five or more stays in a calendar year), up to $25 in statement credits every six months on meal delivery purchases, and a 10% discount on award stays.
Compared to the no-fee Earner, that’s a meaningfully richer benefit set for a modest cost increase, making the Earner Plus the strongest overall value in the lineup for regular Wyndham guests.

Earner Premier
Best for: Travelers who can maximize annual statement credits and premium Wyndham benefits
Welcome bonus: Earn up to 120,000 points: Earn 90,000 points after spending $6,000 on purchases in the first 120 days from account opening, plus an additional 30,000 points after spending $750 at Hotels by Wyndham in the first 180 days from account opening.
Annual fee: $395
The Earner Premier pays for itself through consistent use, not just frequent stays.
Add up the recurring credits — up to $120 a year for food delivery, $100 for streaming, $65 toward a wholesale club membership and $100 for spending at least $100 at Wyndham hotels — and you’re already close to offsetting the $395 fee before factoring in any travel. Automatic Diamond status, 25% off award stays and 30,000 anniversary points then push the value well past breakeven for anyone who stays at Wyndham even a few times a year.
The tradeoff: these are use-it-or-lose-it credits. Skip a few months of streaming or food delivery, and the math stops working in your favor — in which case, the Earner Plus is the smarter choice.

Earner Business
Best for: Business owners whose expenses align with the card’s bonus categories
Welcome bonus: Earn up to 100,000 points: Earn 45,000 points after spending $3,000 on purchases in the first 90 days from account opening, plus an additional 55,000 points after spending $500 at Hotels by Wyndham in the first 180 days from account opening.
Annual fee: $149
Small-business owners who spend on advertising, gas, office supplies, shipping and Wyndham stays should take a close look at the Earner Business.
The card earns 8 points per dollar at Hotels by Wyndham and 5 points per dollar on gas, EV charging, marketing, advertising, office supply stores and shipping purchases (plus 1 point per dollar on everything else).
Add in automatic Diamond status, 15,000 anniversary points, 20% fewer points needed for free nights and a $65 annual wholesale club credit, and frequent business spenders can rack up points fast.
If your spending doesn’t align with those categories, one of Wyndham’s personal cards is likely a better fit.
