It’s time to pull up with Johnny Joestar for Steel Ball Run, with the second and third stages set to be more than a one-and-done drop on Netflix. The well-received first installment of Steel Ball Run: JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure premiered back in March and left fans clamoring for more episodes, and now it’s time.
Adapted from Hirohiko Araki’s manga, Steel Ball Run follows Johnny of the Joestar family in 1890 as he enters a treacherous horse race to discover more about Gyro Zeppeli, who could be the key to helping him regain the mobility he lost after becoming paraplegic. Trekking across the country from San Diego to New York, the pair realizes that the race is about more than its $50 million reward, and they turn their rivalry into an alliance.

When to stream Steel Ball Run episodes on Netflix
Netflix will release episode 2 of the Steel Ball Run anime on Friday, Sept. 25. Stages 2 and 3 of the series’ nine-stage outing will stream across 11 episodes, with new episodes dropping weekly on the platform each Friday.
