Viridian Metals Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement and Market Making Agreement with Independent Trading Group



In addition the Company announces that it intends to enter into an agreement for services (the “Agreement”) with Independent Trading Group (“ITG“) to provide market-making services in accordance with CSE policies. ITG will trade shares of the Company on the CSE and all other trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the Company’s common shares.
