UK Bears Scars to Economy, Trump Ties Even as War Risks Subside


“The scars which have been created are not quickly going away,” Alfred Kammer, director of the IMF’s European department, told Bloomberg. “We still have destroyed energy infrastructure, so we have a supply issue, which is going to be longer term. We did not get gas out of the ground.”
