It’s easy to take for granted everything it’s contributed to the global beauty landscape—things like overnight masks, cleansing oils, and the “glass skin” trend. It’s even easier to take for granted the sheer number of ingredients it has popularized—ingredients that have spread Stateside and are found in hundreds, if not thousands, of best-selling skincare products.
Here’s the thing, though. In the U.S., people tend to think Korean skincare is synonymous with facial serums, moisturizers, and masks. Rarely do they consider Korean bodycare products, even though they’re just as innovative, effective, and transformative. That’s an utter shame, which is why I’m sharing 10 high-performance products to familiarize yourself with, if you haven’t already. They’re basically guaranteed to elevate your bodycare routine. It’s no wonder I love this deeply moisturizing body lotion. Thanks to micro-fine ceramides, exfoliating PHA, and a trio of vitamin E, panthenol, and glycerin, it drenches my skin in moisture without leaving a heavy, greasy film behind. This gel formula can be used as a lightweight hydrator and an after-sun product. It cools the skin on contact and treats it to soothing minerals from deep-sea water. It’s the #1 product I use to soothe sun-kissed skin all summer long.

The brand promises that the friction, paired with the heat and moisture from the shower, will make dead skin cells “roll off.” Gross, yet satisfying!
