(the “Lead Agent“) as lead agent and sole bookrunner, as previously announced in its press release dated September 8, 2026. Under the amended terms, the Company will raise up to $2,500,000 (the “Offering“) through the sale of up to 17,857,142 units (“Units“) at an issue price of $0.14 per Unit on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
