After making her touchdown at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival on Wednesday, Sydney Sweeney was spotted wearing a pair of Saint Laurent ankle strap sandals on Friday during an outing with boyfriend Scooter Braun. The Euphoria store’s beau opted for a more played-down look in a pair of casual boat shoes.

Sweeney’s Saint Laurent style included a leather buckle and sole paired with a wooden heel and square toe. A semi-casual member of the Saint Laurent line, these heels added a polished finish to Sweeney’s more relaxed white dress.
As for “The Housekeeper” star’s record executive boyfriend, he stuck to his typically casual look. Braun strolled alongside Sweeney in a pair of beige suede boat shoes.
Sweeney has a well-documented love for Saint Laurent. She’s worn the brand many times over the years, showing off styles such as the Lala square-toe boots on the red carpet. As for Braun, he’s known for classic styles, including penny loafers. However, he’ll occasionally match Sweeney’s flair for fashion with more formal options such as classic lace-up black dress shoes for red carpet events.
The 2026 Venice Film Festival kicked off on Wednesday and concludes Sept. 12. Actors George Clooney and Ellen Burstyn will be honored with the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement. Films like Danny Boyle’s “Ink” and Werner Herzog’s “Bucking Fastard,” starring sisters Kate and Rooney Mara, will premiere.
