Waterhouse was heading to a location of the independent record store chain Rough Trade to promote her new music; her next album “Loveland” will come out July 10, and includes the already-released singles “Back in Love,” “Tiny Raisin” and “When I Get Drunk (I Want You Back).”

Waterhouse modeled a shoe style from Shushu/Tong’s fall 2026 runway. Bow-adorned pumps are prevalent in the collection, which was presented this spring during Shanghai Fashion Week. The singer-songwriter went with a shiny brown tortoiseshell-esque version, which served as a warm and neutral complement to her outfit. The silhouette was bookended by a sharply pointed toe and a stiletto heel.
The rest of the multihyphenate artist’s look included gray wool trousers, a graphic T-shirt and a burgundy leather jacket with a significant foldover element. She accessorized with a tote bag — a black and red version of The Notting Hill Shopping Bag — and a brimmed fisherman hat.

Waterhouse appreciates a statement heel moment. She attended the Variety 2026 Power of Women London event earlier this month wearing Jimmy Choo Faiz 100 lace pumps in pink with a gold lace toe cap accent to go with a satiny pale pink dress. Her footwear style runs the gamut though: the “To Love” singer embraced a dark brown slouchy boot in New York City in the fall to go with a minidress and leather jacket.
