Orca Corrects Q3 Quarterly Dividend Announcement


TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands, Sept. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Orca Energy Group Inc. (“Orca” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: ORC.A, ORC.B) is issuing a correction to its news release titled “Orca Announces Quarterly Dividend” dated August 12, 2026 (the “Q3 Quarterly Dividend Release”). The Q3 Quarterly Dividend Release stated the dividend would be payable to shareholders of record on September 30, 2026. As September 30, 2026 is a public holiday in Canada, the record date has been corrected to September 29, 2026. All other information contained in the Q3 Quarterly Dividend Release remains unchanged.
