V-COLOR is a well known memory brand. The Manta XSky DDR5 RAM in particular uses SK Hynix ICs, which are considered one of the best memory chips you can get. The RAM is meant for AMD systems (although it could work with Intel) since it’s preloaded with an AMD EXPO overclocking profile and not Intel XMP. The rated speed of 6,000MHz and CAS latency of 30 is considered the sweet spot for AMD CPUs. Unless you’re going after benchmark leaderboards (and hve a LOT of disposable cash), RAM with higher speeds and lower memory latencies are wasted on gaming builds.
Is it better to wait for RAM to go down in price? Unless you’re willing to wait a few years, probably not.
