Japan Sends Officials to Russia to ‘Facilitate Communication’


Masayoshi Arai, director-general of the trade policy bureau at the trade ministry, and Masaki Ishikawa, deputy director-general for European affairs at the foreign ministry, are currently in Russia and are scheduled to meet Russian government officials and other relevant parties, Japanese Trade Minister Ryosei Akazawa said Tuesday at a press conference in Tokyo.
