I Tried Perelel’s Triple-Support Protein Powder (2026 Review)

Summary: Perelel’s Triple Support Protein Powder is a unique blend of three nutrient-rich ingredients: Pea protein, creatine, and cassava root. It is designed not only to boost nutrition but also to support physical health, no matter what stage of womanhood you’re in. I loved adding 20g of protein to my diet with this new addition from a favorite brand.

What I Love:

  • I love that Perelel’s Triple Support Protein Powder includes a blend of prebiotic fiber for the gut microbiome and creatine for cognitive health.
  • It has a robust 20g of protein per serving, making it easy to add more protein to my day.
  • I deeply appreciate that the bag doesn’t come with a plastic spoon, keeping it plastic-free.

Things To Note:

  • Despite being sugar-free, the flavor is very sweet.

Protein isn’t just for building muscle; it also supplies amino acids used to build and repair skin, connective tissue, enzymes, hormones, and other proteins throughout the body. As women experience monthly hormonal shifts and as we age, getting enough protein can become an important part of feeling our best.

“Protein isn’t just for building muscle; it also supplies amino acids used to build and repair skin, connective tissue, enzymes, hormones, and other proteins throughout the body.”

For decades, women’s nutrition has disproportionately focused on restrictive eating: Fewer calories, less fat, smaller bodies. Luckily, that conversation has significantly shifted. Today, research suggests women may benefit from consuming 1.2–1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. Rather than getting caught up in the math, think of a palm-sized serving of protein throughout the day, building breakfast, lunch, and dinner around a substantial source of protein and incorporating protein-rich snacks when needed.

That said, in our busy modern lives — and during motherhood especially — it can become incredibly easy to assemble the kids’ breakfast, pack lunches, make snacks, and suddenly realize at 11 a.m. that you’ve survived on coffee and a few bites of somebody else’s toast. This is where Perelel’s Triple Support Protein comes in.

The brand, which I’ve reviewed elsewhere and relied on during different seasons of motherhood, created a protein powder designed to help make sure the person doing the nourishing is being nourished, too. I drank it every day for a week, and here’s what I found.

My review of Perelel’s Triple-Support Protein Powder

Over the last few years, I’ve built a deeper relationship with protein and its importance to my physical health. My shift toward a healthier view of protein came through my pregnancy and breastfeeding journeys. While breastfeeding my first, I used protein as an anchor to support my milk supply when I noticed a dip around 6 months. Then, while pregnant with my second, I significantly upped my protein intake again because I intuitively knew my body needed more.

This looked like incorporating a balanced source of protein at every meal, along with adding protein powder to my routine. I didn’t calculate how much protein I was getting; instead, I paid attention to how I felt. During pregnancy, I found it helped me manage nausea in the early stages and supported my energy throughout. I can also say that my postpartum healing felt smoother, both mentally and physically, and I continued prioritizing protein after my second was born.

However, at almost two years postpartum, I’m not as dedicated to the high-protein diet I once was. That’s why I was excited to try Perelel’s Triple Support Protein Powder. What makes it triple support, you may ask? It contains a unique blend of pea protein, creatine, and cassava root fiber. This combination is what sets the protein powder apart from others I’ve tried.

“What makes it triple support, you may ask? It contains a unique blend of pea protein, creatine, and cassava root fiber.”

The pea protein is a plant-based protein with a complete amino acid profile, and each serving of the powder delivers 20 grams of protein. Perelel’s pea protein is also tested for heavy metals to ensure purity and safety for everyday consumption.

I’ve been especially interested in incorporating creatine into my diet, particularly as more studies emerge around its potential benefits for women’s health. Once largely associated with bodybuilders and gym culture, creatine is now being studied for everything and everyone. From supporting muscle and strength to its potential role in brain and cognitive health.

Creatine is naturally stored in the body, particularly in muscle, where it helps regenerate cellular energy, and regular supplementation can help increase these stores. I find this especially interesting for women as we move through different hormonal stages, including perimenopause and menopause, when preserving muscle becomes increasingly important.

Last but not least is cassava root fiber, a low-FODMAP soluble fiber that acts as a fermentable, prebiotic-type fiber to support gut health. Fiber supports healthy digestion and feeds beneficial gut bacteria, making it a thoughtful addition to a daily protein powder. I also appreciate that Perelel chose a low-FODMAP source, which may be gentler for those who experience digestive sensitivity. Combined with the protein and creatine, the added fiber helps make the powder feel more well-rounded than a traditional protein supplement focused solely on protein.

These 3 powerhouses offer a robust dose of nutrients, working together to optimize how you move through your days. The brand currently offers two flavors: Its classic Creamy Vanilla and a seasonal, limited-release Pumpkin Chai. I tried both in a variety of smoothies and breakfast recipes.

Triple Support Protein Powder — Creamy Vanilla Flavor

One thing I adore about this protein powder is that it doesn’t come with a plastic measuring scoop. Instead, Perelel encourages you to measure each serving using what you already have at home. I use my own metal measuring cup; this gives me peace of mind that I’m not adding another piece of unnecessary plastic waste at the end of each bag.

But I digress. I incorporated this protein powder into my daily routine by paying attention to when my energy levels needed a little boost. For me, that often hits during the afternoon slump after I’ve been going nonstop all morning. Instead of making myself an iced latte, I started reaching for a protein smoothie. This isn’t to say protein is a stimulant, but rather that it gives my body a dose of nutrients to help keep me fueled for the rest of the day.

“I incorporated this protein powder into my daily routine by paying attention to when my energy levels needed a little boost.”

Instead of simply making a shake, I played around with smoothies that included protein alongside fiber-rich carbohydrates and healthy fats, such as berries, banana, chia or flax seeds, and nut butter. This turns it into a balanced mini-meal rather than simply protein powder mixed with water.

My favorite combination with the Creamy Vanilla flavor was strawberries, almond milk, flax, and banana. It honestly tastes like strawberry-and-cream ice cream. I notice an immediate boost in energy and love that I don’t feel overly full after drinking it, but rather satisfied.

Something to note: The vanilla flavor is strong, so you may not want to add too many other sweet ingredients. The first time I made it, I added dates, and the result was way too sweet for my preference. With just the strawberries and banana, though, it tastes balanced.

Triple Support Protein Powder — Pumpkin Chai Flavor

As a huge PSL and chai tea fan, I couldn’t wait to try this flavor. Even the bright orange bag immediately feels like fall.

When I first opened it, I was surprised by how mild the aroma was for such a robust flavor. Once blended into a smoothie, though, the sweetness really comes through, followed by a subtle hint of spice. I’ve experimented with a few different smoothie combinations and haven’t quite found the perfect one that really honors those cozy fall flavors. Instead, I’ve been loving it stirred into my morning oatmeal for an extra dose of protein.

One thing I’d note: I skip the brown sugar or maple syrup when using this powder because it’s plenty sweet on its own. In smoothies, I’ve also found it pairs better with salty, creamy ingredients like peanut butter than with lots of sweet fruit — although banana has been a delicious complement to the flavor.

My final verdict

Overall, I love the new routine I’ve created around incorporating an extra dose of protein and nutrients into my day. It feels like such a simple addition, but it’s helped me become more intentional about nourishing myself again. I feel more energized throughout the day, and I have peace of mind knowing I’m giving my body more of what it needs to feel supported and strong.

What I appreciate most is how easy it has been to make it part of my everyday life. Whether I’m blending it into an afternoon smoothie or stirring it into my morning oatmeal, it doesn’t feel like another wellness habit I have to remember or check off my list. Instead, it’s become an easy way to fill in the nutritional gaps on days when meals don’t quite hit the mark.

My only complaint is that both flavors are a tad too sweet for my taste. I’d love to see Perelel eventually offer an unflavored option for those of us who are more sensitive to sweetness or simply want something versatile enough to blend into both sweet and savory foods. That said, I’ll happily continue reaching for the Creamy Vanilla — especially when that afternoon slump rolls around.

For me, the biggest shift has been thinking about protein less as something tied to fitness goals and more as a foundational part of feeling nourished, energized, and strong in my everyday life.
