The Rhode founder‘s dress incorporated floral elements throughout in the American couturier’s metallic lilac lace dress. Sheer detailing was incorporated beneath the botanical-inspired lace elements of the dress, which included a short train that trailed Bieber on the red carpet.

A bustier bustline gave the dress that lingerie-inspired look, with thin straps for added minimalism akin to ’90s trends. Bieber added simple jewelry pieces in silver to complete and complement her attire, and her overall glam evoked warm tones with her chocolatey brown hair styled with soft waves and a middle part, bold brows and a glossy nude lip.

Prior to her appearance on Thursday night’s Time 100 Gala red carpet, Bieber was honored as the 2026 WWD Style Awards Style Trailblazer. “I remember watching ‘Hannah Montana’ and being so inspired by Miley [Cyrus]’s fashion on the show, and wanting to recreate the outfits and put my own spin on them,” Bieber previously told WWD.
