As the launch for her first signature sneaker draws nearer, Caitlin Clark has continued the Instagram-centric rollout for the Nike Caitlin 1 by revealing a sleek new colorway.

The Nike Caitlin 1 “Snow White” brings a cool look the unreleased shoe. An all-white upper is hit with metallic silver and blue, as well as more white, for its layered Swooshes. “CC” branding on the tongue then comes in the same blue sheen, while the outsole is rendered in an icy blue translucent runner.

A new technology called Opticast is the defining feature of the Caitlin 1, using cast polyurethane notes shaped like the letter C and the no. 2 to create varying heights that reduce drag and enhance the efficiency of movement. The rippled surface also has the benefit of representing the 3-point line, behind which Clark has thrived.

Within the Cushlon midsole is an articulated Air Zoom Turbo unit extending close to the shoe’s edges, and further personalization comes via text hits on the outsole reading: “Shoot More Threes,” “From Anywhere” and “It was never a long shot.”

Clark began teasing her shoe by changing her Instagram profile picture into a close-up of the PU nodes in June and temporarily switching her username to @caitlin1. Soon after, and before a formal launch announcement from Nike, she then revealed fuller looks at the shoe through on-foot images of the blue and black colorways.

Last week, Clark took to the court in a yellow colorway that remains the only other edition beside blue to appear on her feet in a WNBA game.

No release information has been confirmed for the Nike Caitlin 1 “Snow White,” but the blue launch edition will release Oct. 1 for $140.
