For obvious reasons, Florida is critical to Breeze Airways. In July and August 2026, Cirium Diio data shows that the Sunshine State will account for virtually half of the fast-growing carrier’s flights (48%). Activity to, from, and within Florida has grown by 51% year-over-year, which is seven percentage points higher than for Breeze’s overall operation.
Breeze’s schedule submission to Cirium for July and August 2025 has been compared to what’s available in July and August 2026. This process shows that 38 Florida routes have been added. 36 are domestic and two are international. In contrast, only six links touching the state have been eliminated in the same period.
Breeze’s Additional 36 Domestic Routes From Florida
They are shown on the following interactive map. This allows readers to zoom in and out and to select the launch month of each route. 15 links launched in 2025, nine were inaugurated between January and June 2026, while 12 will begin in July 2026 (as summarized in the following table). Half of the July markets were served by the now-defunct Spirit Airlines in 2025 or early 2026. Ready-made routes are an important way for an airline to grow.
14 of the 36 domestic additions involve
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), which Cirium shows will be Breeze’s ninth most-served airport in July and August (out of 84 its full network). FLL only welcomed Breeze in November last year. Six of the 14 FLL routes will be served by another carrier: Allegiant Air,JetBlue, or
Southwest Airlines. A further six airport pairs have had nonstop flights in the past. The only exceptions are Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Salisbury, which are brand-new.

Two Of The Additional Routes Are International
Compared to July and August 2025, Florida has gained two international links in the same months this year. They are from Tampa International Airport (TPA) to both Nassau (began on June 11, 2026; two to four weekly departures) and Punta Cana (will commence on July 2, 2026; two weekly services). Until May 2023, TPA did not have flights to the ever-popular destination in the Dominican Republic. JetBlue pulled out in June 2026, while Frontier Airlines will do so in August.
At just 324 nautical miles (600 km) each way, TPA-Nassau is Breeze’s new shortest-ever scheduled international service. In the past 20 years, Cirium shows that the regional units of
American Airlines and
Delta Air Lines operated nonstop until 2006. The market was then unserved for years. That changed in 2016, when the now-defunct Silver Airways operated. After that airline’s cessation, it is now in the hands of Breeze. As Breeze’s fleet only consists of jets, it is the first time that TPA-Nassau has seen jet equipment in 20 years.

A Look At RDU To Key West
Breeze began flying from RDU, which is its busiest airport, to Key West in October 2025. Until then, the market, which covers 695 nautical miles (1,287 km) each way, had not been served. The US Department of Transportation for October 2024 to March 2025, when nonstop flights did not exist, shows that 8,886 round-trip passengers flew indirectly. 76% of people flew American via
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) or Miami.
Between October 2025 and March 2026, when nonstop flights were available, 12,615 round-trip passengers traveled. The market grew by 42% year-over-year, which was influenced by the airport pair’s average base fare falling by 21% from $232 to $183 each way. This was, of course, due to Breeze’s entry (6,035 passengers). This was partly at American’s expense, as its share of the traffic fell by 45 percentage points.
