Tamer Mansy (PhD [Geography and Environmental Studies], Carleton University, 2008) held positions in Canada, Egypt, Libya and Afghanistan focused on peacekeeping, humanitarian assistance, migration and counter-human-trafficking before joining Global Affairs Canada in 2016.
