Air Traffic Control Scrutiny Mounts After Marine One Issues

On Thursday, right before President Donald Trump’s Marine One lifted off near the White House, the pilots struggled to get through to the tower, putting more scrutiny on communication issues with air traffic controllers. NBC’s Jesse Kirsch reports for TODAY.
