I’ve made a conscious choice to limit my use of the word “chic.” As a result, “cool” has been my replacement. In honor of this vocabulary update, I’ve decided that a fall edit was necessary, with “cool” as the requirement. After seeing the new arrivals at COS, Zara, and Mango, it was obvious where I’d be shopping. Think affordable fall basics, like under-$200 leather blazers; timeless trench coats; and trend-forward accessories, including bowling bags and high-vamp flats.
