Swiss running behemoth On is entering fall in an unexpectedly It-girl–approved way: having just unveiled the second installment of its footwear collaboration with FP Movement, Free People‘s acclaimed activewear offshoot.

On offer are two exclusive new styles and three colorways that feel decidedly spring rather than the season we’re all collectively hurtling towards, and one of the silhouettes in particular has already managed to capture our editors’ attention (not to mention credit card information).

For On x FP Movement’s latest joint endeavor, the On Cloudmonster 3, debuted only this past March, receives a welcome infusion of maximalism — in the form of a coquettish, pink-on-pink Dustrose/Doe color scheme marked by the collection’s Alpine Floral motif, which fittingly takes a page from the abundant wildflowers of the Swiss Alps.

Available in women’s sizes 5 to 11 directly at On.

Even the valleys of this running shoe’s outsole are swathed in pink, and it effectively incorporates the brands’ respective signage (including FP’s buti logo, itself inspired by the paisley-adjacent “buta” designs that are traditional to India).

Here, On swaps its typical allover coloring for a pattern that’s so full of life, it just might cut minutes off your mile time. Of course, the Cloudmonster 3’s industry-leading specs — like responsive CloudTec cushioning, a propulsive plate, and a rocker made for smoother-than-smooth heel-to-toe transitions — can have that effect, too.

Dare we say our favorite limited-edition On release to date is joined in the capsule by a co-branded On Cloud X Tempo sneaker that dropped in its original iteration only a week or so ago, making this immediate style upgrade a delightful surprise.

made for hybrid training

On x FP Movement Cloud X Tempo Shoe

The cross-training, mixed-workout hero is loaded with activity-optimized elements like specialized heel construction for a locked-in sensation; an impact-absorbing, dual-density midsole for effortlessly transitioning from the treads to the free-weights area; and a detachable pocket module on the eyestay that merges “gorpcore” references with practicality (put your apartment keys inside and grab that kettlebell, stat).

But, as far as this kick’s overall visual ethos is concerned, FP Movement’s bohemian sensibilities ensure it can remain soft and subdued despite On’s performance-maximizing intentions. In contrast to the On Cloudmonster 3‘s bold and prominent floral covering, the Cloud X Tempo invites the Alpine Floral print in only by way of its insole. Consider it a cheeky wink shared between only you and the designers behind this launch.

Per FP Movement’s global president Andrea Perez: “We are thrilled to extend our collaboration with On, a brand that relentlessly redefines performance and design. The overwhelming response from our community reflects the strength of pairing On’s innovative heritage with our deep understanding of women and our passion for blending function with style. Together, we hope to empower them to move and excel wherever their fitness journeys and runs lead.”

Indeed, this partnership can be experienced only through women’s sizing, and you’re now officially able to shop it at on.com, freepeople.com, and dickssportinggoods.com.

Both members of the well-matched duo — On and FP Movement, that is — are no strangers to a high-profile collab. The former’s resume is punctuated by product releases with fashion houses like Loewe, A-listers like Zendaya, and even viral grocery store chains like Erewhon, whereas FP Movement, for its part, has been making inroads into the footwear space via linkups with the likes of Asics and Hoka.

The freshest batch of On x FP Movement, though, strikes us as the wisest buy of the bunch: still seeing strong inventory online and promising to fuel your most active days, all through fall and right into the spring of 2027 (when that, well, groundbreaking floral theme will really get to shine).
