Ronnie Fieg has called the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Linen” his favorite sneaker of all time, and he used his influence to get Nike to reissue it for the first time for Kith‘s 2016 Miami store opening. Now, as Kith prepares to open another Miami location, it’ll revisit the theme for a two-sneaker “Linen Collection.”

The Kith x Nike Air Air Force 1 “Un-Linen” and Air Max 95 “Linen” each feature distinct applications of the iconic pink and linen color combo. For the former shoe, the colorblocking from the regular “Linen” is reversed with a pink nubuck upper, to go along with a tan leather Swoosh and outsole. Unlike on the 2016 release, which was a Kith-exclusive sneaker rather than a proper Kith collaboration, the “Kith Air” logo is applied to the tongue tag, insole and heel.

On the Air Max 95, linen returns as the primary color and is used for the entirety of the suede and mesh upper. Pink then serves as the accent color for the branding, eyelet loops, outsole and Air units. On the medial side of the shoe, Kith’s name is molded throughout each of the wavy stripes — a detail that doesn’t appear on the kids’ pairs that had leaked in May.

The Air Force 1 Low “Linen” debuted in 2001 as part of the Co.JP series of Japan-exclusive sneakers. It was long prized among collectors and much-celebrated for its 2016 return, but the noise around another retro release in 2024 was significantly quieter — a sign of how different sneaker culture is today.

In his reveal post, Fieg reiterated his love for the Air Force 1 and shared looks at different concepts from the development process.

A release date hasn’t yet been announced for the Kith x Nike Air Air Force 1 “Un-Linen” and Air Max 95 “Linen,” but Fieg said the sneakers are coming soon. Expect more news to come fairly quickly, based on Kith’s typically rollout process.
