NextEra Said to Discuss Paying About $76 Per Share for Dominion


NextEra — in a deal that could be announced as soon as Monday — would exchange about 0.8 per share of its stock for each outstanding share of Dominion, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the details aren’t public. While NextEra plans to pay mostly stock, the deal would also include a small cash component, the people said.
