Anne Hathaway & More at ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’ Premiere

Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci and more struck a pose at the world premiere of “The Devil Wears Prada 2” on Monday night in New York, where power suits mingled with devil-inspired couture on the carpet.

Pieces by Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Schiaparelli and more, featured outside the Lincoln Center, with billowing silhouettes and tulle tutus. Designs donned by the cast will be donated to the Committee to Protect Journalists on Tuesday, following the premiere. WWD breaks down the fashion and more ahead.

Styled by Erin Walsh, Anne Hathaway dug into the DNA of “The Devil Wears Prada,” donning a red satin custom Louis Vuitton gown by Nicolas Ghesquière, embellished with pointed horns at each end of the neckline. The tea-length design was complemented by matching open-toe, block heels, dangly earrings, a ruby ring and a diamond wrap bracelet.

In full Miranda Priestley form, Meryl Streep wrapped herself in a dramatic red leather Givenchy cape by Sarah Burton, with a necktie adornment and long black opera gloves. The garment, styled by Micaela Erlanger, covered Streep’s body, from her shoulders to her pointed-toe pumps. For accessories, she channeled Anna Wintour, donning wide, bug-eye sunglasses.

Streep has been running through a host of fashion labels, including Dolce & Gabbana, Gabriela Hearst and Balenciaga, donning patent leather and polka dots galore throughout the press tour.

Emily Blunt juxtaposed her castmates’ soft red attire with a textured gown plucked straight from the Schiaparelli spring 2026 haute couture runway. The design featured an asymmetrical tulle skirt, with multiple layers ripped down the middle and back like a fountain. Connected to the feathered skirt was a short bodice with the house’s signature shadow silhouette and a large pom-pom. On her feet, Blunt wore tan open-toe, strappy heels.

With his signature sunglasses placed firmly over his eyes, Stanley Tucci stepped on the red carpet in a suit Nigel would approve of. The actor paired a black velvet jacket with tapered trousers, a white undershirt, a gray tie and a matching pocket square.

The satin dress was also courtesy of Miuccia Prada and featured a cropped front and a long train, which fell straight to the floor behind her heels. She accessorized with a twisted choker and two diamond rings, one on her pointer finger and one on her ring finger.
