I’ve always known my mum has great style. In fact, there are plenty of times when I’ll send her something I’ve found online only for her to reply that she’d already saved it herself. Our tastes have always overlapped, which means we spend a lot of time sharing shopping links and wardrobes. Lucky me!
Lately, I’ve noticed she’s been especially good at spotting the kind of elevated summer buys that make getting dressed in the heat feel easy. While I’m sometimes distracted by new trends, she’s brilliant at picking out timeless pieces that look far more expensive than they are, and more often than not, I end up wanting exactly what she’s added to her basket.
Right now, Zara, COS and H&M are the three high-street brands she’s browsing most, and after seeing everything she’s bookmarked, I have to admit her wish list is far better than mine. Scroll down for the 15 pieces we’re both eyeing up now.
