LONDON – Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd. delivered its first operating profit following double-digit sales gains across fashion and beauty in the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
According to results filed at Companies House, operating profit reached 7.3 million pounds in 2025, compared with a 1.6 million pounds loss in the previous year.
EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, increased more than five times to 12.1 million pounds, while revenues rose 15 percent to 129.8 million pounds.
It was the fifth consecutive year of double-digit revenue growth, with a robust performance from the beauty division’s Foundation Drops, which more than doubled the size of the skincare business.
The company said it also saw strong growth across direct-to-consumer and wholesale, with high demand for tailoring, occasion-wear and elevated daywear. It added that direct-to-consumer sales benefited from higher footfall and conversion at the brand’s Dover Street flagship store, and through the website.
Momentum continued into the first half of 2026, with sales already up in the double-digits.

Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, chief executive officer of Victoria Beckham, said, “Achieving our first operating profit is a landmark moment for Victoria Beckham and reflects several years of disciplined execution and strategic investment. Delivering this result against a more challenging luxury market and macro backdrop makes it an even more significant milestone for the business.”
Lauren Edelman, CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty, said the company’s approach to innovation is proving successful.
She said the company “doesn’t chase the market or fill a pipeline. Simply put, unless we all can’t wait to have what we’re working on, [the product] doesn’t go onto the development plan. The success of the Foundation Drops, which are infused with skincare actives, more than doubled category sales and is a strong indicator of our runway in skincare.”
Edelman added that Portofino ’97 Eau de Parfum, which launched in 2023 as part of a trio of fragrances, is one of the brand’s best-selling products.
“We have big ambitions to expand our global footprint over the next five years, while remaining highly considered in how we scale and focused on partners that build long-term brand equity and desirability,” she said.

In 2025, the beauty brand took on partners including Mecca in Australia, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s in the U.S., Oh My Cream in France, and Space NK and Harrods in the U.K.
The company said Victoria Beckham Beauty remains “on track” to establish a presence in more than 300 retail locations across 15 markets. The brand will continue its retail expansion in the U.S., its largest market. It has also entered KaDeWe in Berlin and de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam with plans to launch in the Middle East before the end of the year.
David Belhassen, chairman of Victoria Beckham, and chairman and founder of NEO Investment Partners, Beckham’s backer, said the company has ben built “with patience and rigor.”
He said Victoria Beckham was ready to enter a next chapter “of disciplined global expansion. With two complementary growth engines in fashion and beauty, an increasingly international customer base and a focused operating model, the business is powerfully positioned for its next phase of profitable growth.”
The company said dresses and gowns were among the strongest performers in 2025, accounting for 32 percent of the retail business. Beckham’s Iconics collection also performed strongly, led by signature styles including the Katherine Jacket, Alina Trouser, Isabella Gown and Bela Dress.

The company said the fashion business will continue to expand its retail footprint through further store openings and strategic wholesale partnerships across Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East.
The brand opened its first U.S. retail location, a pop-up at Bal Harbour Shops that will run until October. It plans to open a New York store on Mercer Street in September that will house fashion, beauty and fragrance.
