Ukraine Hits Moscow Oil Refinery in Attack on Russia Capital


Oil producer Gazprom Neft PJSC, which owns the refinery located around 25 kilometers (16 miles) from the Kremlin, didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. The refinery has a design processing capacity of around 12 million tons a year, equivalent to around 240,000 barrels a day, and is a key supplier of road fuel to Moscow.
