Trump's team cannot 'dictate the terms' of CUSMA talks, Mark Carney says




Canada-U.S Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc said Canada has already met some U.S. demands for concessions and will deal with others during negotiations where Canada says there will have to be give-and-take from the Americans too.
