After President Donald Trump imposed 50% tariffs on some Canadian goods, Canada is saying it has leverage. “We have what the world wants,” Prime Minister Mark Carney said. Meanwhile, Trump’s pressure campaign on Iran is underway with what he calls “economic D-Day,” slapping fresh sanctions on 60 foreign entities and threatening to cut off countries unless they stop doing business with Iran.
