Toronto emergency workers reunite with 2-year-old girl they saved from cardiac arrest: 'Harper's heart beats because of you'




After surviving a sudden cardiac arrest in March, two-year-old Harper Hepworth and her family returned had an emotional reunion with the team who responded to their call. Their quick action is credited with saving the toddlers life.
