The Mini Crossword is a nice break from the tougher puzzles, and it takes only a fraction of the time of the vaunted regular New York Times Crossword puzzle. But sometimes the clues can get a little confusing. And today’s puzzle, the Saturday edition, is always about twice as long as a regular day, so it takes more work to solve.
