This shelter dog in a backpack at Starbucks was adopted almost on the spot


Steve Wruble entered the line at a Starbucks in New York City on a recent morning and saw a dog sitting in a backpack on a man’s shoulders.

Wruble locked eyes with the dog and petted her head, while the dog licked Wruble’s face. Their connection was instant.
