Save 20%: The Hozo hand sander is down to $56 for Prime Day. For anyone who 3D prints or does woodwork, this is a fantastic gift. I recommend the starter box, but you can get the bigger bundle with more print heads, too.

Hozo NeoSander
Getting yourself the best 3D printer you can is only half the battle with 3D printing, especially if you want to finish your 3D prints and paint them. They often need a lot of sanding to make them smooth, and while you can use a mouse sander for some of the big areas, you need a smaller machine to get in all the little nooks and crannies.
The Hozo NeoSander is a small handheld reciprocating sander with a bunch of tiny heads, perfect for reaching tight spaces. It comes with sticky sandpaper of varying grits that let you roughly scour the model before getting progressively smoother. I especially like the little curved head as it makes smoothing the inside of holes much easier.
The Hozo works especially well on resin prints. The reciprocating method of sanding smooths the resin out nicely, and with a little dust of primer filler, they will be fully smooth. Just make sure to wear a mask when sanding resin.

Alternatives to consider
The Hozo is a great all-around sander, but if you want something that can engrave or even carve, then the Fantik F2 Master is a good alternative. It’s a bit bigger than a marker pen and works great if you want a lot of control.
