With the new year now in full swing, I’m keen to set some personal goals, kick-start fresh habits and actually set aside time to work on myself. Getting back into a new gym routine is high on my priority list, as not only do I want to keep my heart healthy and my body feeling toned, but I also love the feeling of endorphins I get from a good, sweaty workout. I typically mix things up with cardio, weights, floor work and yoga for full-body conditioning, but admittedly, I did fall off the wagon a little over the festive period. It’s time to get back to business.

To get me into the mood for my fresh start, I wanted to try on some new gymwear—pieces that feel fresh, stylish and practical. My current rotation of workout gear feels a little tired, and so I was excited to check out the latest collection from H&M Move. I’ve heard great things about it from friends, collegues and fellow gym-goers, so giving it a real spin for the first time felt well overdue.
