Anyone else find fall to be the best Sephora season? Just like with fashion, there’s so much newness to be had. In addition to seasonal releases, the holiday gift sets start trickling in as early as September. Simply put, it’s a pretty great time of year to be a Sephora devotee.
While I’m acutely familiar with Sephora’s new arrivals at any given moment, I’m actually a senior fashion editor for Who What Wear by trade—but I still make time to peruse Sephora’s Just Dropped section on a daily basis. It may sound like a big commitment to check Sephora’s new arrivals every day, but if you enjoy it, it doesn’t feel like work at all. If you’re not someone who has quite that level of commitment but loves Sephora and wants some fresh beauty product recommendations, it’s safe to say that I’ve got them.
Keep scrolling to see what’s in my Sephora cart (and some items I’ve already gotten my hands on and can vouch for firsthand). FYI: They’re all as chic as they are useful. I am a fashion editor, after all.

Westman Atelier
Suprême Bio-Complex Liquid Foundation
I’m very picky about foundation (aren’t we all), but if any brand can create the perfect one, it’s Westman Atelier. This provides the perfect amount of lightweight coverage and wears beautifully throughout the day. My high expectations were absolutely met.
Yves Saint Laurent
Make Me Blush Longwear Natural Glow Cream Blush
First of all, this packaging is about as good as it gets. The cream blush inside is equally excellent. I don’t usually expect glowy cream blushes to have much pigment or staying power, but Make Me Blush is the exception. The dewy formula stays vibrant for hours, and is buildable depending on how much intensity you want.

Top Coat Hydrating Lip Gloss
I’m so obsessed with Mary Phillips’ new lip gloss that I now own it in almost every shade. The texture is on the thicker side but not at all sticky, and the colors are just so cool.
Saie
Supersuede Baked Eyeshadow
Saie’s new eyeshadows are so user-friendly, you could apply them with your fingers and be good to go. They’re pigmented but look so natural. The only hard part is deciding which color to buy if you have to choose just one (I’m partial to Tartufo). The brand’s The Double-Ended Eyeshadow Brush is also excellent.
EADEM
Le Chouchou Softening + Smoothing Peptide Daily Lip Balm in Coquito Dulce
Dare I say this new shimmery rosy mauve is the best Eadem lip balm shade yet? I think you’ll agree.
Drunk Elephant
Kamo Triple-Peptide Multi-Use Serum Foundation
Truth be told, I don’t usually love serum foundations, as I find most to be kind of greasy and have a weird smell, so I was skeptical initially but very pleased to discover that this one is different. It offers a bit more coverage than most and isn’t nearly as shiny on the skin. I was shocked by how well it evened out my skin tone.
Medik8
Liquid Peptides Advanced MP Wrinkle Reduction Serum With 13 Age-Defying Peptides
ITK beauty lovers were thrilled when UK brand skincare Medik8 launched at Sephora. Its products are so innovative and effective, with this skin-smoothing peptide serum and the Crystal Retinal Serum being my most-used products.
Prada
Touch Cream-To-Powder Soft Blur Longwear Blush in Wisteria Lilac
Big Prada blush fan here, so I bought this new lavender shade immediately. It’s as stunning on the skin as it is in the pan. It blends beautifully and lasts for hours.
MERIT X Erdem
Eye and Cheek Gift Set
Merit collaborated with Erdem for this stunning new set, and it had me wishing that more beauty and fashion brands would do the same. Both the packaging and the pretty shades (two of them limited edition) are perfection.
Mane
It’s Giving Body Medium Hot Thermal Round Brush
I’m admittedly terrible at styling me hair, so I usually just don’t. I was shocked by how easy Mane’s round styling brush is to use and that I looked like I’d just left the salon. If I can do it, anyone can.
VIOLETTE_FR
Bisou Balm Sheer Matte Lipstick in Chocolat
Bisou Balm’s newest shade is a perfect-for-fall cool brown. I already know I’ll love it.
SOFIE PAVITT FACE
Studio-Smooth Microdermabrasion Exfoliating Scrub Treatment
Gentle yet powerful is what I look for in an exfoliator, and this checks all of the boxes.

Microscara Volumizing & Lengthening Tubing Mascara
I keep hearing about this new mascara and it’s teeny tiny wand, which is said to leave no lash uncoated.
If you’ve been wondering what all the fuss is about Lore fragrances, this is the perfect opportunity to sample each of the brand’s unique scents.

The Perfect Blending Touch Up Brush
Multiple times a week, I do my makeup at 6:30 a.m., go to pilates, work all day, and walk it off at approximately 11:30 p.m. This touch-up brush keeps it looking freshly applied. Yes, seriously.
Dieux
Firm Revival Hydroretinal Firming Serum for Fine Lines & Wrinkles
I’ve yet to meet a Dieux product I don’t love, so I’ll obviously be ordering their latest launch in the near future.
Yves Saint Laurent
YSL Brewed Reflections Couture Face Palette
This excellent palette or wearable blushes and highlighters (it comes in two shades) keeps selling out. Trust me—you don’t want to miss out on this limited edition gem.
Fara Homidi
Pool Slick Lash Mascara
Fara Homidi products are always worthy of a splurge. Pool Slick is said to make your lashes look wet without getting clumpy. The reviews are great, and I’m very intrigued.
Olaplex
No.5L Moisturize & Mend Leave-In Conditioner for Split Ends
As someone with long hair, this is exactly what I need to keep it looking healthy between trims.
CYKLAR
Sensorial Body Wash Gift Set
As someone who likes to BYOBW (bring your own body wash) when I travel, I will be gifting this set to myself.
Rare Beauty
Soft Pinch Matte Liquid Blush in Daydream
This new Soft Pinch color stopped me in my tracks.
