Storms bring flash flooding across Northeast in “dangerous and life-threatening situation”


Storms rocked the most populated area of the country on Tuesday, causing widespread flash flooding from Ohio to New England and beyond in what the National Weather Service called a “dangerous and life-threatening situation.” Rob Marciano has the forecast.
