Sofia Ouslis joins PMO; Charlotte Power as Press Secretary for Hodgson


This week’s roundup for staffing changes on Parliament Hill.

We start this week’s Hill Movers with a look at the Prime Minister’s Office.

Sofia Ouslis has joined the PMO as a press secretary, the office announced this week.

Before the move, Ouslis served as the deputy director of communications for Artificial Intelligence Minister Evan Solomon.

She also held positions at the Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada for a year between 2024 to 2025.

Shifting gears, Charlotte Power is now the press secretary for Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Tim Hodgson.

“There’s nothing quite like the pace of communications on Hill, and I’m excited to continue being part of it with this team,” Power wrote in a post on LinkedIn.

Power was the issues management advisor for the minister’s office for two years.
