In retrospect, it was naïve of me to think I had Sienna Miller’s style figured out—I’ve not once deemed her styling “predictable”, after all. Still, after years of watching her gravitate towards boho wedges and strappy sandals, I was genuinely shocked to see that actor step away from her time-tested favourites in favour of a pretty shoe that subverts her go-tos.

Eschewing both her bohemian staples and even this season’s trending heeled flip-flops, Sienna instead stepped out this week wearing the prettiest pair of Givenchy Boudoir Heels (£1050). Crafted in a mule silhouette and finished in a fresh cream hue, the shoes are distinguished by an oversized bow that sits atop the open-toe design.

While bow heels aren’t dominating the conversation right now, I have a feeling that could soon change. In fact, I spotted Alexa Chung wearing a similar pair just a few weeks ago, suggesting the elegant shoe trend may already be gathering momentum.
