Russell, who is styled by Frank Fleming, wore a Khaite Harlin Crushed Midi Dress in black, paired with a matching black clutch to the late-night show. She paired the look with the Katie Biltoft Lucre mules in black.

The footwear brand describes the aura of the shoes as being “minimalistic, licentious and extreme.” The Lucre mules are crafted in butter-soft kid suede in a dark midnight shade and have the most diminutive toe strap holding the shoe in place.

They are set on the slimmest vertiginous solid steel spike heels that measure 4.7 inches. The shoes’ steep pitch angle provides an aggressive, dramatic curve at the arch, delivering the Barbie feet effect. The shoes are made from a black kid suede upper with a nude kid leather insole and a nude leather outsole that add a bit of contrast to the shoe.

The mules feature a sharp pointed toe. The shoe retails for $743. The actress wore the same pair of heels to the 2026 Emmy Awards in September. For the award show, she paired the mules with a backless, turtleneck gown, that was custom-made by Khaite.

While she appeared to effortlessly float down the blue carpet at the event in the sky-high heels, she was later spotted giving her feet a rest at the Netflix after party wearing a pair of Chateau Marmont hotel slippers.

Katie Biltoft is a luxury independent footwear brand known for sharp, extravagant and minimalist high-heeled shoes. The brand’s shoes are made to order and handmade in Italy. Minimalist mules have been the hottest shoe of 2026, with everyone from Hailey Bieber to Keke Palmer sporting the shoes from brands like Paris Texas, Saint Laurent, Black Suede Studio and more.
