Save 50% Off the Lokithor J2250 Pro Cordless Car Jump Starter With LiFePO4 Batteries

A jump starter is an essential part of car’s emergency kit. They range wildly in quality and price, but the best cordless jump starters use LiFePO4 battery cells instead of lithium-ion or lead acid.

For a limited time, Amazon is offering one such model – the LOKITHOR J22550 Pro LiFePO4 Cordless Jump Starter – for $64.97 with free shipping after coupon code “J2250050“. With its 2,250A of peak amperage, this jump starter is capable enough of starting up nearly any consumer car or pickup truck in the United States.

Let’s talk about the best feature about the Lokithor J2250 Pro. Unlike most other cordless jump starters in this price range, it’s equipped with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery cells. LiFePO4 batteries have safer chemistry than traditional lithium batteries; their thermal stability gives them a much smaller chance of catching on fire. They will also retain more charge when left alone for long periods of time, and their total lifespan is longer (usually at least 10 years). Finally, if you’re in cold weather country, LiFePO4 batteries operate at lower temperatures more efficiently.

The J2250 can deliver a maximum 2,250A peak amperage that will reliably jump start up to 8L gas and 6L diesel engines. Most cars here in the US are equipped with anywhere between 1.6L and 3L gas engines. Consumer pickup trucks like the Ford F-150 usually cap out below 6.5L for gas and 3.6 for diesel.

The LiFePO4 battery is good for several jump starts before needing a recharge, although I would still recommend keeping your battery topped up after every use, especially if you’re jump starting a dead battery. You can also use it as a power bank for your smartphone, thanks to its USB-C port with 60W of Power Delivery. USB cables are also included.
