Santos, Repsol Begin Commercial Oil Flows in Alaska Arctic


The project owners — Santos, which holds a 51% interest, and Repsol, with 49% — are still working to build out the site, going beyond 29 wells that have already been drilled. Santos has sketched out its own plans for expanding operations on Alaska’s North Slope, taking advantage of existing infrastructure, proven sites and additional prospective leases.
