Ryan Higgins: Middlesex all-rounder out for two months with injury

Middlesex all-rounder Ryan Higgins will be out for two months with a wrist injury.

Higgins, 31, was ruled out of the club’s latest County Championship Division Two match against Worcestershire on Friday and is set to be sidelined until at least mid-August.

He will miss a Championship game against Kent and is likely to sit out the rest of Middlesex’s T20 Blast fixtures.

Higgins is Division Two’s fifth-highest wicket-taker this season, with 28 at an average of 20.35, and has also scored 244 runs, at an average of 30.50.
