Hundreds of people gathered in Nanyuki, Kenya, to protest a U.S.-proposed Ebola quarantine center for American citizens exposed to the virus. Kenya does not have any suspected Ebola cases, but neighboring Uganda has reported nine and closed its border with the Democratic Republic of Congo.
