Power producer Boralex conducting strategic review of alternatives


MONTREAL — Boralex Inc. says its board of directors has formed a special committee to review and recommend strategic alternatives.

Strategic reviews are often used by companies considering a sale.

Boralex noted there can be no assurance that the review will result in a transaction.

The company says it remains focused on its business strategy and enhancing value for shareholders.

Boralex is a power producer with operations in Canada, France, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Its installed capacity totalled 3,783 megawatts at Dec. 31, 2025.
