Philippine Firms Brace for Rising Costs as Oil Surge Drags Peso


“I can’t imagine anyone not being afraid of what we’ve been reading,” Sergio Ortiz-Luis Jr., head of the Philippine Exporters Confederation Inc., said on Monday.
